NM found it. aparently theres a trick to starting these honda's. Lol..

Raise 1 hand, hop 3 times, pump the gas 47 times, quack like a duck, turn the choke off then on then off and on 3 more times, do 2 circles in a counter clockwise direction, look North and courtsey, do the worm across the ground, do the robot while singing Daft Punk and POOF it will start..

ps be sure the gas is on..
