If you take the bar pad and look under the clamps there
is numbers . I need to know which is the number that would give me a neutral position

Like mog stated it is all personal preference. I also set mine parrallel with the forks. Some say to adjust bars to have the grips parrellel with the ground. Again it is personal preference.

Just looked at my OEM bars and 0 is parallel with the forks. I would say 0 is neutral also.

Really nobody can tell you where to put your bars. Just sit on the bike with the clamp loose and position the bars to where you feel the most comfortable with them, completely ignore the numbers!!!!! Some guys like them really down, others in the middle, and others really far forward. It's all about what feels right for you. Just sit on it, position the bars, then snug them and then tighten them, and go ride. If you want to make finer adjustments, pull in and do so. It doesn't take long to get them where they feel right.

Mine are set at 1, and most of the time I have my bars set at 0 or paralell with the forks. I am 5.9. Thanks for the complement.....
