I have an 800 bike here to do some more engine development on it the bike reves through to quick and theres nothing left although they did find that putting a smaller sproket on the back helped a lot im going to try to raise the rev limiter some more and tinker a bit with the fuel maps .It took a little getting use to riding it its definatley a handful on a tight track for a 55 year old and Mikes set up is really unusual for a 6 '  guy the suspension seems about right for my weight 250 #s its that much stiffer for a real fast little guy.

What all did you do to the bike? Alot of people are looking for places to get the stock ecu reprogrammed. That comes up here alot.  What CR are you running for the piston? I am very happy with the stock power of the RMZ.I can't believe it revs out that quick! RMZ has a pretty broad gearbox. Is he even running stock internal gearing> I am looking forward to seeing MA outdoors. Is this his outdoor bike or his SX bike? Are you changing the valve size or making custom cams? whatever you do-looking forward to seeing lots of holeshots and wins! Would like to hear more about the bike. Its interesting to hear how far an engine can be tuned.

The cams are a custom grind that i came up with we started with 14.5-1 which is going to be the limit for out doors the bike makes to much heat .i had a bazzaz tuner on it when it left here the first time and am putting 1 back on im checking with some pepole to see if we can alter the stock ecu for more revs its been dependable and we cant say that for some other ecus.the valve sizes are stock the intake port is welded in with an entirley diferent shape to it the bike started with 52 hp and made 63.5 hp with 39 #s of torqe when it left here. they have been running the stock ecu for sx and the bike is in the 62 hp range Tuf has the engine kit for sale.the transmisions are stock i had a factory trans here and it ws all stock ratios.

Bloody hell, 14.5:1 so that's why Alessi couldn't start the bike when he stalled it in New Orleans last week

This bike would be insaaane..

I read some one say the Suzuki factory team uses ported/polished 08 heads? Think it may have been Sinsineros. Can anyone confirm?
