no quads at thomaston....its about 8 miles of trail......all single track....some pretty rocky and challenging to a newer rider.....if you have a lot of trail experience you'll still like it.......its a new place to ride but....i wouldnt say its anything special.  its pretty much all one way which is good from a safety standpoint....

tech420.....keep in mind.....if you don't plan on trail riding much once you get an atv reg for your bike your town will send you a property tax bill every year......kinda irritating if you ask me....

if you dont mind driving to mass i'd suggest skipping CT and registering in mass....much more riding and you don't get zinged for
property tax everyyear although mass will want to see proof you paid your sales tax on the bike.....(once again quite irritating).

oh and to the guy who asked if they checked....they never really used to.....for some reason about 5 years ago the rangers (army corp of engineer site that lets us ride) started being sticklers about making sure your bike is registered.....

Any news on Thomaston opening? I think they are making excuses to keep us out.

I spoke to the office there and was told they are waiting for a tree company to cut down widow makers in the trees. They were'nt sure when i would be done. I hope soon , I would like to give it a try.
