you have to drill an extra set of holes for the front bolts under the fender into the triple clamp. everything else bolts on

ok so on the "poilsport mx front fender" when you select 2011 rmz 250, it just comes up with a generic looking fender, definitely not what i want, was this the case when you ordered but you got the right fender? i just dont want a goober looking fender showing up at my door.

Are you saying that the 2012 RMZ 450 shrouds also fit the 06 RM 250?

  *shaking head*  No, he ordered RM shrouds because they were cheap.

The front fender fits because it is sort of a univiersal platform you are bolting to.  as long as the forks are in the same basic area then all you have to worry about are where the bolts go through the plastic.  I guess a couple holes line up but two more need to be drilled.  I guess the number plat moutns up with no hassels so that makes it a clean change over in my book.

I need to get on that and order if there are any left.

how are you guys mounting the fender, i drilled the holes, but the stock spacers wont work on top, so im just running the bolt and washer on the bottom with nothing in between the fender and triple clamp on the front bolts.

from looking at your picture does your clip/guide for the front brake cable connect to the lower triple clamp?
I have TAG triple clamps that came with the bike when I bought it and my clip/guide was mounted through the front number plate. looks like they drilled a hole and put a nut on the back. I'm doing the conversion and would rather not drill through the number plate but my triple clamps have no bolt holes for the clip/guide. if anybody has an idea of some other way to do it please let me know thanks

Got my order on tuesday, and everythig looks good except for the shrouds.  The ones that came in are for RMZ.  Turns out their computer has wrong part number attached to it.  They do not have ones for the RMs.  It shows up fine when you make your order, you will get the RMZ shrouds instead. :banghead:
