ive got an 04 rm250 and i recently rode my buddy's 09 yz250 and i cant believe how much more agressive my rm's motor is. It makes me smile to know i own one of the last real two strokes

My 2012 just gets better and better and the suspension gets softer and now I see the head shake people talk about.  How you rid this terrible feature of the bike?

Your rear needs to settle down or raise the front (raising the front is better), or a combination of the two. Also, tighten your steering stem.
