This ride is awesome fun!
I've done three of them and have loved every one! They are extremely well organized rides with difficult technical sections or easy alternate routes. And the money donated actually goes to real live human cancer survivors! I know one of them personally, this organization cured her of brain cancer. Many brain cancer survivors suffer from mental retardation, but this organization has developed cures that prevent this negative side effect and they ensure that pediatric brain tumor sufferers are given the treatment they need to not only survive, but to thrive! The brain cancer survivor I know has not only survived her brain tumor, but has recently graduated from USC.
We'd love it if you could come out for this amazing dual sport ride that provides an excellent variety of terrain and even a pancake breakfast on Sunday morning!
We are staging from
Glen Helen Raceway Park
18585 Verdemont Ranch Rd.,
San Bernardino, CA 92407
When you join hundreds of other motorcyclists for this scenic trail ride through the California countryside, you'll have a great time while raising funds for the PBTF's medical research and family support programs! Riders on all makes and models are welcome.
Registration opens at 7 a.m. and closes at 8:30 a.m., A free pancake breakfast is provided. A Celebration of Life program featuring interviews with young brain tumor survivors—the Ride for Kids® "stars" of the day—and award presentations to top fundraisers, begins at 8:45. The ride begins immediately after the program, with lunch provided en route.
The ride will loop back to the start point.
The minimum donation to ride is $35, but the more money you raise, the more premiums you earn.
We also draw for a new Honda motorcycle, AGV helmet, Cardo Scala Rider, Dunlop tire, and Tourmaster luggage. (You must be present to win.)
If you're unable to attend, send your registration form and donations to PBTF, 302 Ridgefield Ct., Asheville, NC 28806. Mark your form "Not Attending" to credit
