suspension sag/settings for 94cbr900 tigerblade

hey guys. i have a 94 tiger blade that i have given a complete freshen up. new suspension fluids etc.
what are the base suspension settings for a bike like this?
i ride road, 80-140 kph
weight 87kg, height 185cm.
anyone have any good advice on where to start? i am farmilliar with suspension setups for dirt bikes, but road has a completely different fel.
