I would like to put my Öhlins Shock HO1094 in my new CRF 450 2012.

unfortunately the linkage is different so i compared the linkage of the 2009 and 2012 CRF side by side, just to see what is different.

But I can do not see any difference ! nothing, absolutely identical..

also the swingarm, same lenght , same bracket for the Linkage..

the shock has 493mm (1mm shorter ) and  5mm more stroke.

ps: The Öhlins shock fits perfectly, i have 494mm and 127mm stroke at 10000N.

So what about the magical 2012 Linkage!

i hope next week with a laser.

and the fork its 3mm longer then 2009.
the outer tube its stiffer (thicker) on the upper part
and the forksprings are 0.1 N/m stiffer
(2009 .46 KG/mm=.47 N/mm 2012 .48N/mm)
