Try a SMALL ball peen hammer and tap the end of the pin, just lightly to break any corrosion.
There are much better true penetrating substances than WD-40.
If I have time I will pass on the name of a food penetrating oil, I just have to find the name.

Hi i ended up getting it out small taps didnt work big hits with a sledge hammer didnt work , tried penetrating fluid jaguar use that didnt work ended up cutting it with a hack saw  then it came out nicely with a hammer and impact driver, the man in a local shop said to stop it happening put grease on the pin and it wont sieze up, Thanks for the advice:)

the penetrating juice is Kano Kroil or aerokroil.
I did some research and it seems to be possibly the best.
Glad you got it out.
Also the grease- look into a good High heat maybe marine or Water proof grease.
I wonder if one of the different types of anti seize would work? I have never used it where it would get wet and hot all the time.
Good riding to you.

buy good quality pins and run them dry, IMO.
