The Loudmouth intake makes a HUGE difference on low to mid power on this bike - I went back to a 50 tooth sprocket from a 51 after putting it on..

@ pps Moto: how easy was the air force to install on the 350? And how much did it cost?

Sounds like a lot of cash.  Why the 350?

Sounds like a big bore would better do the trick.

Jumping Canuck - I didn't try the AIR4ORCE. The loudmouth was $190 and was a bit more of a pain to install than I expected, but it wasn't really difficult, it just took longer than they advertise.

Hey jumping canuck - just saw this on vital about AIR4ORCE

"

i dont have any v-force runs saved..... i do have the dyno chart for their new AIrFOrce Airboot system.......3.5hp bolt on stock kx250f... not that it helps you out any.

but i can tell you the V-force is the way to go from my experience"

I just installed the Air4orce on my '12 350 the other day. I'll hopefully be able to ride tomorrow and will give feedback...although it's already 3 weeks that i didn't ride my bike. I hope the difference is still noticeable though;)

Installation is not too complicated but still takes some time. The manual exactly describes every step and is really straightforward. I was glad i could do it while i had my rear shock off anyway as i also had my suspension revalved...so the muffler was off, shock out and rear subframe needs to be loosened and the rest is some wrestling of the rubber boot off and on of the Air4orce.

So far i have the following power modifications:
-Filter cage of the 250 SX 2-stroke without backfire screen
-51t rear sprocket (+1 tooth)
-3 position Map-Switch (Sicass)
-Yoshimura RS-4 Stainless/Aluminium Full Exhaust System
-Moto Tassinari Air4orce

Lenght of short velocity stack: 8cm (i installed this one)

Today 1st ride BUT it was raining and the track super slippery since underneath it was still hard...and later on the mud started sticking and it was a muddy mess. So i really can't tell how the bike runs but still i expected some bark or hit or something but there wasn't anything extra i could feel...maybe the soil was just too heavy. Anyway - i'll have to ride it on y dry track to make a judgement.
