WHAT is all this gaggle of stuff on the carb of the wife's little DRZ?? EPA strikes again, I suppose.
Anyway, her DRZ idles so slow, it almost dies and does sometimes. Throttle response is good, so the mixture seems acceptable. However... which side is the idle speed screw... or are carb adjustments verbotten by the EPA now and thus non-adjustable? Want to idle it up so it has better throttle control off-idle when she's "plonking" in first gear.
Thanks for any input.

Photos? I don't remember ours being covered or hidden, but you did need a flat screw driver to turn it unlike some of the other carbs I've worked on in the past with a thumb screw. It was on the left side, IIRC.
