progressive fork springs, anyone use them?

thinking about getting some new springs for my 400f wondering what you guiys think of progressive springs, do mostly trail riding with a few track days here and there.

You already have an adjustable progressive spring in your forks. By raising or lowering your oil level you can control the the "air spring" effect of the captive air in the fork. Air under compression is very progressive.

Progressive springs themselves are overrated.

thats what i was wondering, called factory connection, they can order me a set of .54 fork springs for 150$
