Did you add the oil to the clutch side of the case? Are you draining from the clutch side? There are two oil reservoris, one for the motor and one for the clutch. Drain bolt on the bottom center of cases is the clutch side. Behind the shifter bottom side is the motor drain. You would have a major clog if nothing is getting by.

Header side is for the clutch and is the clutch case. Above the shifter is the motor side. You need a service manuel from E-bay!
.64qt for both clutch and motor w/filter.

You added a 1+ qts to the clutch side (below the header) and nothing is coming out the hole you are pouring into? Can you see oil in the hole you are pouring into?

Dipstick is for the motor oil which is filled at the dipstick hole. Empty motor oil is the drain bolt behind the shifter. Completely different side is the clutch. Fill hole is below the header and is checked by a fill level bolt on the side of the clutch case (side of the header). Drain bolt is on the bottom of the motor in the center. I always use .64 qts. and never pull the fill level bolt.

Clutch oil will never go to the dipstick!
