ok i have a question i ride a 74 yamaha enduro i live in a small town and ride the back roads my question is can i legaly drive in the ditch but more the fence line along the highway its highway 31 if it matters can i get stopped and get in trouble can i just say im checking mine and my bosses fence im 22 with a DL with a clean recorded id be on the fence side of the ditch ive been riding the fence line ive seen state troopers pass me by but i just wanna know what trouble could i get in if any and im not riding fast just second or third gear putt putting if any state troopers or officers could give me some feed back that would be great
