Which intermediate tire would you recommend? Presently I am running the Michelin MS3 but consider to try the Dunlop Geomax MX51. What is your experiencer with the MX51 front/rear?

The MX51 rear is fantastic.  The 51 front tire is garbage and I don't care who tells you different don't run it unless you are riding with your grandmother.  Run a Pirelli MXMS if you want confidence.  After I ditchd the 51 my bike finally went where I wanted it

I wonder if I should try an Mx extra because I love the front but little weak for wear.  I'm shopping for a rear right now and I do like the 51 but it's just a tire and it really didn't impress much.  Any one compare a race tire to a practice tire?

Are the Dunlop 952s around?  I used to run those and they wore good on the rear?

I have been running MX51's front and rear or Bridgestone m403/404's for a while and have always been happy with both.  The pirelli MX Extra X looks promising and I plan on trying that sometime in the near future.
