it would not surprise me if KTM gave JS bikes and $ for his own team at this point , all it would take is them thinking he could win on their bike, I ride a Honda and don't care who is racing on a honda or if a honda is on top of the box at the races , I like a couple "riders" and don't care what they ride

Watching JS at the point is like watching Tiger Woods.  Both were pretty dominant at one time.  But, watching thier decline is like watching a train wreck.  No one wants to, but damn if anyone can take thier eyes off it.

From what I heard Reed say on the pulpmx show, Stew cared more about money than winning.  He loved the Suzukis in the off season.  Why would you not sign with a team with bikes that you loved?  Even if Suzuki didn't offer a long term contract, I bet if he won them a championship they would keep him, unlike Kawis 24-0 you're fired mentallity haha.

Go to you tube and watch his battle with rc at budds in 2007 when he was on. Kawi he was a totally diff rider...the yamahas are getting him nowhere..look what it did for Poto the 2nd hlf of the outdoors

You could always do another 2 vs 4 stroke thread..or any of a variety of regular guaranty hits.. Here's a not that great but great for being short layout of some of JS.. The guy is awesome period. Even if he just quits now and a whole bunch keep talkin trash...I hope he keeps on racing.

first of all, i would describe myself to be more js-hater than js-lover.

but we all have to admit, he has incredible skills, he is/was a shiny figure and has done well for our sport to distribute it to a very big and new range of people. he helped creating the "new" style of riding dirtbike as well and he got balls to try new/different things on a track. does not matter if its a jump, a rythem section or something else.
the only problem he has is his mind, his focus isnt there anymore.

but the most embarrassing thing about js is, that the "former fastest man on a planet" still claims, his goal is to beat jeremy´s supercross main-wins record. i only can laugh my ass off, by hearing that. rv will soon overtake js in this list.
