Can all jumps be scrubbed?

Well, lets get the definitions out of the way first. Whipping and scrubbing are two different things with similar outcomes, they are designed to slow you down. You whip large stuff and you scrub small stuff.
So in your case, I'd throw a whip! We do have a "whip master" on here that I'm sure will be a long in a few moments to give his input. Its raining here in so cal today, so he won't be riding! heh

start off whipping it, if you feel comfortable you can try scrubbing it.
Whether you can scrubb or whip something depends on the face, the size of the jump and rider ability. Start small and don't try to whip/scrubb to hard on jumps you can't bring it back on.
