Nice Chad - first up, although I couldn't hear the music (in the studio with mix cranked up, but will listen later) I wanted to say THANKS for buying the album!  Most people only use the music for their own promotion and the artist gets nada.  Definitely cool of you to purchase.

Second, that guy has mad trials skillz.  What they didn't show us, and what I'd be willing to lay a large sum of betting capitol on, is that it's almost a guarantee that his main training is on a trials bike.  Or at least he grew up riding trials.  He's using every trick in the trials handbook on his "enduro" scooter.  dude can RIDE!

Third, I just want to comment aboiut that little stunt with the concrete pylon.  You see how he did that?  That's exactly how I clean off the bottom of my skidplate and inspect my frame for cracks n stuff.  Bums me out that someone stole my secret tricks.....and now you're showing it to everyone in CA.....

Yes, he grew up riding trials and was a top rider, but now he focuses most of his training on the "big" bike and the hard enduros like Erzberg, Roof of Africa and Romaniacs.  I guess you can add King of the Motos to that list now.

I used to want to be fast, but once I was faster than Chad, I figured I hit my limit.   Now I like to focus on the technical riding like what he does in the videos.  I am WAY late in the game to learn the trials skills like those guys, but next time you are out, try it.  Balance, standing still, and try to pop a wheelie.  Try flat jumping on to a 3' tall rock.  Try to never get out of first gear and never put your feet down.  I can get through most anything by bulldogging it, but man, it is fun to try to do it gracefully!  Especially when you have no grace!

Check out Moto 3, the movie.  Guys like Cody Webb, Colton Haaker and Kyle Redmond have skills like that.  I am not worthy!

I was just going to add that Graham Jarvis took the overall at the King of the Motos at the Hammers in Johnson Valley.  I was there and watching him FLY up Jackhammer was nothing less that Spectacular!!!!!

I bought three albums yesterday - one by Latch Key Kid and two more by HoneyHoney. Both bands brought to my attention by the power of the internet. The paradigm has shifted and the trend now seems to be for up-and-comers to allow fare-usse of a few of their songs in order to get them into people's ear-holes. I think it's a powerful tool if used correctly.

Many a man has aspired to be faster than me but few have realized that dream...

Joking aside Joe, I've enjoyed watching you progress through the whole endurocross series and must admit I'm a bit envious. A lot of my friends rib me for the amount of free time I have despite having kids, but you sir have me beat hands-down!

I'd like to join you one day for one of those, but much like that Enduro, I'd probably bail half-way and go back to camp to hit on your wife!

No doubt - would have loved to have seen that in person.

Thanks for the videos.

Many American riders race, burn out, then try trials.   My friend is teaching trails riding to his son first, to work on his balance, then get his son into going fast.  He talked to Shane Watts about it and was told that is why David Knight is so fast without being so busted up during his career.   Interesting.

Graham is a multiple british trials champion. Really nice bloke he also helps run a race series here in the UK and I once did a training day with him. Top bloke and insane skills.
