I can't get my bike in neutral. It shifts to 1-5 gear fine. If I'm getting on it in first and try to shift to second I can't and have to let off a bit to get it in second sometimes. I can only get it in neutral with my hand, when I'm standing next to the bike. It will click past neutral to second or first and click and engage loudly. I can't put it in neutral while trail riding so my hand gets super tired after about 30 minutes of riding.

Well do you believe it is you or the bike? How long have you been riding? Can you get other bikes into neutral? Has this problem started recently? Have you owned the bike since new or bought it used? How long have you had it etc?

The oil is whiteish from the transmission. The darker in the front is the engine oil.

Is neutral easier to find with the engine off? If so the clutch basket is probably notched and the plates are dragging a little bit.

You may be loosing some cable travel if your clutch cable is worn out, which could make the clutch drag too even with it pulled all the way to the bar.
Check the clutch basket for notching (it probably is, thats what all that silver stuff in the oil is, the wear from the basket). And watch the bracket that holds the cable down on the engine. See how far its bending when you pull the lever in. If its too much, you may want to make a brace so you dont loose the cable travel because when that bracket bends over your not lifting the pressure plate all the way up. That doesnt free the clutch all the way and it drags.
Sounds like you may be a trail rider too. If you slip the clutch alot that will kill the basket too.
