I'm getting upset. My new vapor reads Ambient temperature about 5 degrees warmer then the actual outside temp. After its been on a few minutes it reads about 7 degrees warmer.

Mine usually says it's over 100 degrees when it's only in the 80s. And no I'm not talking about the engine temp hahaha. Grossly inaccurate. Oh well can't have it all.

I thought the heat exchange fairies carried all the hot air away and put it in my kitchen oven when I needed to cook?? Haha.
But seriously the air temp feature is kind of useless.

My gauges are bone stock but I like some of these... That Vapor unit is hot stuff, where do you buy one of those? Are they hard to wire up or a straight replacement?
Thanks,
Adam (Newb)
Same here... I'm right at 10 years old and love that Vapor cluster.

Just fitted my Trail Tech Vapor. The temp gauge that's in the top of the radiator. On a 30min ride home the temp went only to 65 °C (149 °F)
Is this normal?
