I'm curious to see how you set up the gauges on your drz. anything can be posted. I've seen the trail tech setup numerous times so i'm kinda looking how people have done their gauges differently. specifically building on the stock computer like adding tachometers, voltmeters, thermometers and so on. how did you wire them, where did you place them and so on. i'm looking for inspiration on my own bike.

I just relocated my standard setup by remounting the ignition switch and gauge mount , so it sits centrally on top of the forks .If I ever have problems with it , I will get the vapor , but while the standard setup works fine I will save my money for other things , greg

 I'm so glad to see how this post has started! I like the trail tech setups here and how Hinksy remounted his stock trip computer i'm think of doing something similar but just lowering it so i have more room above the trip computer and the back of the number plate and maybe a little more to the right. my plan is to put plastic around the stock trip computer and the back of the number plate. pretty much filling in the area between them and around them providing a nice clean place mount a tachometer (hopefully analog)  to the left of the trip and above i'm thinking of a temp, voltmeter (digital by koso North america) and other digital gauges. though i need them to be back light because most of my riding is at night.

Keep it coming guys i'm liking how this topic post is turning out

What light did you choose to use on the dashboard.  looks like 1 turnsignal, brights, _____, and ______.

It's for the idiot lights which are turn signal (green), high beam (blue), neutral (green) and over heat (red)

2 turn signals, left & right,Neutrel & coolant temp light, you can never get to many warnings on engine temp.

is there just 1 indicator for the turn signals or a separate one for right and left.
you dont have the neutral indicator marked so i guessed that you wired it like the stock idiot lights

Volt meter is a little hard to see in good light, wish I could find a different type. The red toggle switch is for heated grips, the rubber covered switch is a headlight cut off switch, added so I could use the heated grips w/o straining the charging system. Yellow indicator light for grips, and plug for heated gear which isn't ever used as the charging isn't up to the task. Speedo was centered and forward about 1/2", as the risers and top clamp blocked the veiw.

Other mounts for GPS, Roll Chart and Spot. Not that I ride with all the stuff, but did on the TAT. Ignition switch m oved to a better location.

KOSO North America makes a very nice voltmeter and thermometer small and bright

Top left & top right are blue for turn signals. Bottom left is red for factory engine temp & bottom right is green for neutral. I did not install a high beem indicator.
