Used to race motocross and got out of it, got too expensive, looking to get a pitbike to mess around on and ride with my friends who all have fourwheelers, looking for something inexpensive and reliable, I am 170lbs and 6' tall. Anyones help is appreciated! Thanks!

not only that, but a klx 110 would be nice. I am 175 lbs, 5' 10" and it has absolutely no problem. I actually jump the thing here and there when i get a chance, they are reliable bikes, or another possibilty is a ssr 125 a1. My buddy has one of them and they are some bad ass bikes, one more option is to get a gpx motor pitbike, they are torque monsters for a pitbike, but depending how well maintained they are. The gpx motors need ALOT of maintenance, but i believe its all worht it if you want a strong pitbike.

Comes down to budget dude. If you can afford to go for a built up KLX 110, very hard to go past. Will be very reliable and will withstand pretty much everything you can throw at it. If you are on more of a tighter budget there are plenty of well built chinese minis on the market these days with dealers that stand by there product, as well as carrying a full range of spares and accessories. Check out T-Bolts link. Some good reviews getting around the SSR's

x2 on the KLX110 --- i am a severely oversized rider and mine has been doing well ---- no mods other than taller bars, seat, stiffer springs , and longer foot controls ----
needs a heavier duty set of pegs and mount though for me ------

The KLX 110 are a very simple bike to maintain. gas and go. They are pretty pricy, but they are the most reliable pitbike i have ever had. Loads of power.

Okay, I hear a lot of guys my size (140lbs, 5'10") have fun on a KLX 110. That's cool.
Would a KX 60 be a decent alternative? They are often less expensive. Would I still fit?
