KTM 250 SX REBUILD - Ep. #16 Plastic kit, gas tank and seat installation! Color reveal! (Detailed)

In this episode of the KTM 250 SX build we will reveal the color of the plastic kit! First we will install the gas tank. Hereafter the plastic kit and the seat, which has a new cover! The plastic kit basically has all the plastic of the bike except the frame covers and the guards for the front suspension, so we bought them separately.

Awesome to see how the bike is starting to look! Can't wait to put the graphics on there! Enjoy!

KTM 250 SX REBUILD - Ep. #17 Finished the build! Installing graphics

In this episode of the KTM 250 SX build we will finish the build by installing the graphics! I'm very happy with the final look of the bike! We only need to do some small preparations before we take it out to the track. Can't wait to put some laps on this thing!

It took quite some time to do this rebuild and i underestimated the documenting of it. But i learned a lot and i'm very pleased with how the build series turned out. Enjoy!

@pat22043 what are you looking to get for it?

As much as I can. OBO. Its well maintained, ridden by a gentle 69 year old grandfather, never raced.  Almost all of the accessories are to protect the bike. None are about going faster. The bike is in very good mechanical shape and decent cosmetic shape. It has been dropped. Its a four year old dirt bike.
252 hours, 3784 miles. Top-end rebuild, muffler repack,  forks and shock rebuild, chain and sprockets @ 150 hours. PA title, registration and plated.

I have a complete list of hours and miles for every ride, all the replacement and maintenance, and all of the accessories. I have all the stock take-off, like radiator grill, disk mounts, footpegs, OEM seat and OEM muffler

I've been watching the asking prices on Facebook Marketplace, and guess that $7400 is about right to start, with a bit of room to negotiate.

Put new springs for my weight in forks/shock about a week ago and finally got the chance to ride it the last few days. Huge difference in ride quality.

Got just over 80 miles of riding in 2.5 days and think its dialed in as good as it can be without revalve or additional components.

我很高興聽到這個消息!是的,暫時保持簡單。我確實喜歡鈴木RM125 針(17-62 或 63),但 19 種規格非常好。享受。

Excuse me!! How did you match the jet nozzle?
I also used Suzuki needles R17/62 Suzuki needles today.
Feels really bad today using it...
