Is this one of the best techniques for cleaning a motorcycle? I thought of power washing it.. but didn't want water to seep back through the leaks. A "steam cleaner" would presumably be a power washer that vaporizes the water...?

Yeah I actually think I may have deformed the aluminum a little bit during my first rebuild.. I missed a bolt that needed to be taken out, and since every other part was a bitch to take off even with the bolts off, I figured it might just need some good leverage. Put a metal rod along the seams and tried prying the head off... I think I applied to much force and deformed the metal downwards on that side... It doesn't looks too bad compared to the other leaks that I will fix, but it may be something that needs yamabond to seal correctly.. problem being I heard not to use the bond on the metal gaskets... :smh: ??
