does anyone know if the xt225 sprockets will fit a ttr225........i see that moose has a 58t rear sprocket and it says that it will fit a xt225....but i was wondering if it just because they drill different patterns in that sprocket so that it will fit different models...........If anyone has a xt225 could you measure the sprocket pattern for me...Thanks for Reading!!!!

The XT225 and TT-R225 sprockets are very close, but not exactly the same. IIRC, you can drill a XT225 to the TT-R225 pattern. They're the same number of holes and spacing, but different diameter (8mm and 10mm studs on the hub).

For future reference if you ever need to see if one sprocket is similar to another, go to JTSprockets.com, search for the one model. Click it, you'll get a diagram that looks like this:

XT225 (01-07)

TW200/XT350 (The TT-R 225 is one of the few bikes JT doesn't make sprockets for, we got ours from Moose)

See how there are six 8.5mm holes for both sprockets? See how they're on 80mm centers? See how the center hole is 62mm for both? The only thing that's different is the sprocket offset of 6.5mm. You would either need to make a spacer or somehow bring your chain closer to the wheel (which would present many other headaches so don't try). Using a spacer isn't ideal, but could be done. In your case, I'd recommend buying the Moose sprocket and forget the XT225 sprocket, unless there's something you haven't told me yet.

IIRC, they weren't cheap for us either. I wanted to find an O-ring chain for longer life, that was like pulling teeth. Eventually I gave up.
