I have just picked up a 84 200m and I have a 96 xr 200. I'm going to be putting the 200m motor in the 2 wheel chassis, as i wanted an electric start and automatic trans in a 2 wheeler for my wife. I picked both up cheap and I can modify the downtube to accomidate the starter and add a battery tray.
My questions are regarding the electrics and the topend.

1) Can I use the whole topend off the xr on the 200m lowerend?

If yes to question 1 can I still use the xr200 electrics - coil and ignition control module?
I'm sure the alternator off the 200m puts out a bit more juice as it supports an electric start.

2) What else might I need to know?
