triple clamp bearing removing tool?

What do yall use to get the bearings off of the lower triple clamp? thanks!!!

Press the stem out of the clamp

In most cases of modern bikes with aluminum triples, pressing the stem out is the best way.  Be sure to press it down out of the clamp.  There's usually either a wire ring or a machined step on the stem to keep it from moving up.  What kind of bike are you working on?
