Hey guys! So I bought a tapped out 1994 rm250 and decided to completely restore the bike. After putting in a new top end, clutch pack, cables, restoring the forks, and giving it a much needed cleaning, I fired it up and it runs beautifully considering the jetting is way off on this thing. Ive been searching around for the suggested jetting on this bike and i found eric gorr's recommendations. He says you should put a 185 main jet and use a Honda R1368N needle. I've scoured google and cannot find this needle on any site. I guess these bikes had rich jetting stock, so the idea is to richen the main jet and lean out the needle. Does anyone know a comparable Suzuki OEM needle that is similar to this Honda needle?

If anyone wants to make suggestions as to what I should be running itd be most appreciative. I'm new to carb tuning and jetting so any help is appreciated.

1994 Suzuki RM250
800ft above sea level, about 75% humidity average, ride 65% trails and 35% on tracks
Mods: FMF gold series pipe and FMF powercore silencer
jetting is stock. R1469M needle in 3rd position, 180 main, 52 pilot
Bike stumbles and sputters mid throttle. throttle stuck last time i rode but thats probably due to floats sticking. ill have to dive into those as well but im just trying to see what jetting people would think is appropriate.
Running issue doesnt change when engine is hot or cold.

Any help at all is much appreciated.
