What do you guys recommend for a shift lever?

I want one that is extended a bit more than the oem one and that folds up.

Driven? Msr?

Yep love my hammerhead (shift and brake lever). They've held up to many kart-wheels and downed corners. I wear a size 13 boot and got the +15 & +20 to give me a bit more room.

Another for Hammerhead. I'm a size 14 and use the brake pedal with the tip all the way at the end and the shift lever with the plus 20mm for my huge feet (size 14). It's so nice to get the controls right. Made me much fatser in the tight stuff.
