JUst like title says...lost my build sheet and replacing fluid today. How much did he spec your suspension to hold?? 09 450. 190 lbs no gear. MX.

The cartridges are filled full and bled free of air, so in the end, they adjust to their own correct level when bled properly. But of course, it's nice to know how much that requires when you're buying the oil. It will take about 8-9 ounces each to do the cartridges, and they're filled with SPI #3 oil.

The outer chamber is a matter of tuning. The original SPI setup calls for SPI #5 oil, and the factory spec on level is 350cc (~12 ounces). I find I like 320cc (~11 ounces) better, but that's for you to decide.
