I recently purchased a 1998 Kawasaki Prarie 400 and I'm looking for the Vin #? It came with a title that lists it's Vin #, but I can't find it on the bike?? I easily located the model # KVF400B on the left side forward frame!

Look below the left footrest on the frame, or on the crossmember behind the front guard.

It is in a ridiculously hard place to read.
Stick your head inside the left front wheel well, on top of the tire, and you will eventually see it stamped on the frame horizontally. You need a flashlight.
