There's a special place in Hell for whoever hits a motorcyclist then leaves them to die on the side of the road.

Anyone in this AO/area that knows or saw anything that evening is urged to contact police at: East Brandywine Police Department at 610-269-4300 or Chester County Detective Bob Dougherty at 610-692-5100.
This incident is now considered a homicide and is being ivestigated as such.
Neighbors, friends with unexplained front end vehicle damage may be cause for concern as well.
