quick question.... will a 15t countershaft sprocket fit on my 200? xcw 2012... I'm thinking of going to a 15 - 49, or a 14 - 46. I'm trying to get 2nd gear taller. Thanks for all the help.

Doesnt look like there is room, but i havent tried. 46 would be a better choice. Makes the pull nice and smooth.

Check your manual. I noticed on my 2007 250 it says all the way up to a 15 would work, but it sure looks like it would be a really tight fit.

It fits but you can't run the cover, leaves the clutch cylinder all exposed. And with out the case guard protection that is built into the guard the chain runs really close to the clutch cylinder as well.

Too close for my liking.

I tried the 14 on my 250 and it fit fine with the guard, I had a 15 off my 450 but looking at the difference in size, even over the 14, and how close it would be, I didn't try it. I figured the extra tooth would help me in the dez to get a bit more top end speed, but I really didn't like the way my bike felt with the 14, it seemed to throw the gearing outta whack and 5th just didn't feel right, like I couldn't get it to hit . . . went back to stock 13/50 and even in the dez it feels better. Weird :bonk:
