Sup guys, Im working on my buddy's 2010 kx250f right now, and i have run into a problem. Bike runs fine when choke is on, but is soon as i turn it off, it dies instantly. I'm thinking maybe it has some trash in it. Any ideas?

Pilot jet, and possibly the passage above it, is clogged. Put in a NEW JET.

Get a piece of single strand copper wire, from some speaker wire, ware a single strand of the wire around your finger to make a big, spring looking thing. Pull that thru the idle jet a couple of times. I've done this many times to safely clean out a gunked up idle jet.
