did this fall out of my Keihin FCR 39 carb?

While putting the float bowl back on my wr 450 carb I noticed this on the floor. in removing bits of chewed up "smiley face rubber" (fuel tap) from the fuel system I'd had the floats and needle out, bowl off, but not much further disasembled than that. couldnt see anything like it on the exploded diagram in the manual, bike runs fine without it.. jsut wanted to check if anyone knew what it was?

I dont think thats from your carb that looks like a washer that would go under a counter sunk type screw head.

That looks like a washer for a countersink screw to be used on a flush surface.
