Recently i bought a 96 ktm 300 exc with a new jug piston and rings. It starts right up and when im in gear the powerband never kicks in. I cleaned and rejetted the carb and checked the push rod for the powervalve and it moves the valve up and down. I checked the reeds they are good. Put a new spark plug in it even though it was fine and still no powerband. What is wrong with this thing. I have a manual for a 98-03 300 exc will that work if not can i download it for free. Help! Before i part it out thanks
