GW,
I will probably ride MX track, (more than likely go to Mesa MX) and couldn't say whether it would be Sat or Sun (I am getting over a cold thanks to the frikkin idiot co-workers I have to work with) so it might be more like Sun.
Call me if you want 321-427-9490

If you make it up this way to NWF there are some pretty good places to ride. Green Acres MX is a new track just opened in the last 2 months just outside of Milton, SMXA in Mossy Head, and County Line MX just north of PC are good.

Steve,
I'll be coming up in April/May sometime. Is the Mossy Head track the old OAK Hil, then it was something else, then SMXA?
I've rode County Line and will probably try the Milton track if its still going by then.

Don't think it is.  It was built before I got back into riding.  The guy that built it used to own / run the "old milton track".  SMXA is a sand track with a good mix of jumps and turns, it flows real well.  Green Acres is new like I mentioned, I would call it an "old school" mx track, fast, wide open, a few large jumps but a track that anyone can enjoy.  Mix of sand and some red clay pit dirt in areas too.  Probably going there Sunday if we don't get a ton of rain Saturday.  Milton also has a track called "Milltown" (the name my be changing but not sure.  It's a good practice track, sand with 1 small hard pack section.  The times I have rode it, it gets rough at the end of the day.

Scot,
Don is done being a target for the stupid.
Probably won't even do Chipley but will go visit the folks and then ride some of the new Mx tracks up in the Panhandle.

Bronc3......careful, you're showing your age using the word "killer".......but you are correct....the race was "radical"

Nice meeting you and wife on the line!

Bronc3 - Check those race times from Gatorback mister!  I did 4 laps and had you "covered" even with getting lost, stuck on a hill, and crashing in the sand all on the first lap!

DonO - Remember it is the "ride" that counts!  I got you by a couple of years "grasshopper".  The only way I am ever going to make A is to outlive the rest of my competitors!

Mr. Smooth - you would be in excellent company in Master A.  We have a guy named Robin Frey who was in Master A and is such a gentlemen he dropped down this season to SSA to race so others in Master A had a chance to win.  He is very competitive even in SSA.  There are some very fast guys in Master A.

Im only teasing. Im pretty much done with racing at least in FL. I would love to do an extreme enduro though. I moved to A partially because I wanted to ride "the last man standing". Now that it's gone I may try and ride Tennessee knock out. Right now I'm having too much fun riding all over. I'm riding Moab Utah the 24-27.

WHAT!!?? Moab!  That is my number 1 bucket list ride.  You have to give me a full report and the "skinny" on your trip/ride.  However I think this time of year it is still snowing are at least possible?

Yes, mine too. So when the opportunity came up I jumped at it. I'll post a report on here like i did for my Gunnison/Creasted Butte ride. We are riding Rabbit Valley Colorado then Moab for two days and I'm trying to convince someone else to make the extra 70 mile trip from Moab to San Rafeil Swell to ride the famous "Five Miles of Hell" trail.

Right now the forecast is low in the upper 30s and highs in the mid to upper 60s. It was in the 70's there all this week.
