what is the Smallest rear sprocket that is made for a 83 XR200R?

i looked around the site catalogs and found a 45T

i'm running a 14T in front right now and its much more hwy drivable that when i had the 13T, but its still not enough. i use my bike to move back in forth between my house and town a lot (in mex) and its about a 7 mile drive on the hwy so while i aint racing my bike i dont mind killing the torque to not rev the hell out of the engine when im on the hwy

Sprocket Specialists lists aluminum rear sprockets available for 81-83 XR200R in 28t-74t. They might have a option for a larger front sprocket as well.
