I have a problem with an 87 250X Honda.

There is a hose on the top of the head that is attached to the fram under the s tank and it leak oil all of the time.

Any suggestions on how I fix this?

You motor vents into the frame through that hose. The problem starts when the frame tube gets clogged with oily crap and the vent hole in the frame gets covered.

Just run a new hose maybe to the back of the motor, maybe with your carb hoses and let it vent into the air.
