This is directly from Hugo Reis, marketing manager at Polisport.
"From the second half of 2007 Polisport has been OEM for KTM. We were chosen to be their partners, not only because there must be some quality to our parts (KTM is, as you’d expect, a very demanding firm) but also due to our exclusive technology called IPD (Inmold Plastic Parts). This technology fuses graphics onto plastic parts as an alternative to adhesive stickers. Graphics will not fade, peel, crack or come of the plastic, ensuring bikes will look fresh for a long time and saving money from costly replacements."

I have better luck with the Polisport holding up, no weird fold or crease lines if I have an off trail excursion. Seems to be plenty strong as well as I dont usually have any broken plastic when i was still racing regularly. I did get an Acerbids kit for the 06 few of years ago, was not totally pleased with the quality

Polisport, they make the plastic for KTM!
The front fender has "Plastic Design" stamped into it, made in Germany. Could not find anything on the shrouds or rear. Money is not as much of a concern is the quality and how it fits, I really dont want to have to get a heat gun or drill any holes. Not too worried about stress marks, gonna go with white plastic so they shouldnt show.
