150 xc! I have a 2009 150 sx. I use mine for desert and moto. I am 5'11 and 180lbs on a good day. I love the 150, it just sings. My '09 has over 40 hp and when I took it to California for motocross it was awesome! My friends '12 150sx feels even better with the link. I sold my '09 200xc, it was torquey but no over rev compared to the 150. It was better for slower technical riding. I have never liked the W trasmsmission due to the gaps and it is awkward for motocross especially. The only time I want a different bike is in the mountains or really slow technical riding, so I am getting a used 300xc for that. The 150 is just plain fun. I come from the old 125 days so I like to rev a little and I don't ride better with more horsepower. I ride A level off road and moto for fun. Hope this helps your decision. Most importantly try to ride one before you buy because everyone has different personal preferences.
