You'll want some more packing that that. The muffler needs to be packed solid.

Ive pumped and bled for hours.

Try tapping on the caliper with a screwdriver handle or small plastic hammer. It seems to help knock any air bubbles loose in there.

Thanks Ill keep that in mind next time... I just pushed the piston all the way in and it built pressure immediately. Thanks again for the tip though.
