How old is the gas sitting in your carb bowl? On my 04 CRF450R, if the gas was more than two weeks old, it wouldn't start unless I drained the bowl and refilled it with fresh gas. Or, you're not jetted for the cold and the slip on made your off jetting worse.

Put your stock pipe back on and see if it will start. I think yoy have something different than the pipe.

The gas is like 2 years old, but I got it to start after a while because I kept kicking ad kicking. Finally got her to go. Check the vid

2 years old? Drain the tank. Drain the carb. Fake off the carb and clean it. You need to be able to see daylight through the jets longways. If you don't change the gas your never gonna get it to run right until you do.
