Bike stalls on downshift

I've got a KLX110 with a few upgrades. I usually ride my big bike but felt like taking the little one out today. Every time i'd downshift the bike would stall out. I messed with the carb a little bit but that wasn't the problem, i don't think it was atleast. It wouldn't matter if I got the bike to 4th or if it was in second. Everytime i'd downshift it'd stall.

Any ideas what could be going on?
