It is time for me to get my suspension set up correctly. The stock settings are beating the snot out of me on the tight rocky and root infested single track I ride. I have used LTR for my other bikes and he does outstanding work but he does not have any experience with the CST. Any recommendations for who and how to set the bike up for optimal performance would be appreciated.

There is a guy in Hood River, OR I think who has a great rep. But I am blank and cannot remember his name/shop.

Changing the progressive spring in the front fork compression chamber will probably address 90% of your harshness and any dirt bike tech who's taken apart a Kayaba fork can do that. The stock spring is a 2.0 and I'd recommend a 1.7kg if you still want some real good control at higher speeds, if you want really plush, install a 1.4kg spring. This spring helps the compression dampening re-act in a speed sensative fashion. As for the rear shock, if you wish to update to the '12 settings it will require shortening the shock and going to a progressive spring, otherwise base valving is pretty good on the KYB Husky's overall.
