so i just made a great soundin muffler usin the can of the gutted stock one and then a core i made at my dads machine shop. the bike seems to like it. :bonk: i also got a custom intake i made too. now im thinkin of lightenin my flywheel cause i also got a wiseco 11.1 stock bore in it and it seems to be much more responsive than before. carbs all jetted too. now i hate the fact that when you just jump onto the throttle you get the bog from no accelerator pump. i was thinkin bout upgradin the carb soon cause i origionally planned on sellin it cause my parents bought it was a parts bike when i was like 10 and we never got to buildin it and i just moved to a 125 2 stroke mx bike. i finnaly rebuilt it tho from the box of parts and im actually havin a good bit of fun on it. but i was thinkin instead of goin with a carb with not accelerator pump i would get a carb with one and use that instead to make the bike rev real quick and also get the gains from a higher flowin carb. I just have no clue where to start lookin. i wanna go used tho cause i cant afford a new one. ill probably end up doin a cam in the near future too. i was also wonderin if anyone has done an inner rotor kit on one of these.

Well, to most of the people on this forum, your post is incomprehensible gibberish - I've read it three times and I still don't understand all of it.
Please tell me English is your second language?

As far as lightening the flywheel goes, you can use a lathe, just be sure to avoid cutting any balancing weights that may be on it, just leave the whole section alone. A friend of mine who is a machinist took well over an ounce off another Yamaha flywheel for me. He said the material doesn't cut very cleanly, so you should probably hand this off to an experienced machinist to ensure your part remains functional and stable at 1,000 or more RPM above the TT-Rs maximum engine speed.
For the carb, there's lots of options which have been thoroughly discussed here. I'd suggest completely cleaning the one you have first.

Good luck.

i was really tired when i posted that. haha. i was basically askin if theres carbs out there with accelerator pumps that would be the right size for a ttr. i did a search and got nothing.

an inner rotor kit from what i know, is a flywheel that has the stator on the outside of the wheel instead of going in it like the ttr does. a lot of the inner rotor kits have flywheels that are like 2 inch diameter from what ive seen. i did a search on that too and found nothing.
