I have upgraded my DRZ 125 with a big bore kit. I am unable to get the cylinder bolts to go back in the block. Any suggestions on what I need to do?
Thanks

is the engine in the bike and your trying to get the head bolts in . Front left is giving trouble ?? if I recall that's how it goes.

Seems to me you might need to put that one in first and lift the head up a bit to get it in then put the head down and the rest of the bolts in. It'll go some how. It's been a while but I've done two with the engine in the frame .

It is the top left bolt. We will give it a try tonight. Thank you for the help.

The top 2 holes in the engine are stripped out so we are going to try a Helicoil kit. No other option left. My son (15) has been doing all this on his own and it has been a big learning experience. I'm sure I will be dropping in again for some more help when we get this straightened out.
Thanks
