OK so your chasing a no spark issue. Pull your tank off and get the coil out. Clean off the bare metal tabs on the frame you mount the coil to. Clean the ends of the coil and the black ground wire. Take the kill switch out of the picture, it grounds out the CDI,, no spark,, they do go bad some times. Check the spark plug boot, you can pull it off cut some wire back and re-install the boot. These are things to start with that cost nothing but your time.
Could be a lot of things but I think you are starting with the expensive end that costs you money, shotgunning the trouble-shooting process. There are other things to check but those are a few things to start with.

I've done all of those things already....Not just throwing money at it. I guess I kind of am, but yeah I've done those little things already. Cleaned every connection, even cut old terminals/connectors off and replaced with new ones.
