If it was a year old or order, it went bye bye. We had a notice running on the old site saying this with suggestions on how to save. Now, it's possible that we had data loss of pm's, but in looking at our own folders, everything looks ok and we're not seeing reports of others in any numbers. Of course, no way at this point to validate the pm boxes of 320,000 members. Sorry!

It looks like there were some errors on the data import and apparently they didn't make it over.

However, we'll have an "archive" of the old site up in the next few days. Once that is up, you'll be able to log into the old site and recover them.

We'll post an annoucment when the archive site is online.

If Private Messages were converted to Messenger, I do not have any. Will the old messages be restored? I had some valuable information from members.

How old were the pm's? Any chance a year or older? PM's did map over, but it's possible that some were lost in the migration process. We've seen very limited reports of this. However, the old site is still there and soon we'll open it up for retreival of anything someone might have lost. We'll put up an annoucement when this happens. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Thanks Bryan. No they werent that old. Some were from last month only. I do not have a single pm message in my Messenger.

As long as i have access to the old site, and able to retrieve some of the messages, i am good. When will i know the old site will be back online?

I'm missing all of my PM's too. None were from the "cut-over week" and none over a year old...

The old site archive will be ready in the next couple days (mid-week is my guess).

I'll post it up as soon as it's ready.

The new site has a nice layout but it is SLLLLOOOOOOWWWWWWW on my ipad2 and my computer.  I am bummed that there were some PM's that I want to get ahold of some guys but they are gone.  Please get the site sorted.

Soon we'll open up the old site to retrieve any pm's that got lost in the move. This was slated to happen last week, but the schedule got blown to bits by some unplanned stuff that we couldn't ignore. Soon. Thx for your patience!

You can now login to the old site via http://archive.thumpertalk.com to access any private messages that for whatever reason didn't
make it over to the new site.
